Production Manager (Assembly and Welding) – Arteaga, Coahuila
As Production Manager, you will be responsible for creating the production strategy in order to fulfill the production programs in a timely manner, fulfilling the KPIs of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost, putting safety as the first priority, maintaining order and cleanliness and supporting each of the initiatives and systems of the different support areas.
Responsibilities- Active participation in improving the financial results of the plant
- Plant efficiency and productivity improvement
- Manage department resources such as personnel, budgets, etc.
- Implementation and monitoring of the best manufacturing practices in the plant
