Job Description
We are looking for a Production Managerto manage our client's Mining Canada production operations, through planning, coordinating, and controlling theproduction processes, and ensure that volume, cost, quality, and safety standards are achieved (productionperformance) to ensure that the company will be their customers first choice service provider.
Responsibilities
- To manage the process, people, and plant to meet minimum legislative compliance and adherence to the applicable acts and company management system standards and licenses.
- To manage processing or production demand against the plan by assessing andmanaging installed capacity to meet the future demands for products and crafting a planfor production volumes by making decisions concerning inventory levels (raw material)and staffing requirements, production capacity, work procedures or duty assignmentsconsidering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
