As a ProductionManager, you will work closely with supervisors and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations, improve processes, and maximize overall department performance.
On a daily basis, you will:
- Lead production operations and ensure adherence to production plans with optimal workforce levels;
- Monitor production management systems (KPIs, variance reports, dashboards, work instructions, etc.);
- Analyze key performance indicators and implement improvement actions;
- Ensure the effectiveness of operational meetings (shift start, transitions, performance reviews, etc.);
