Plans production in accordance with management guidelines.
Reviews and directs production plans, material needs and appropriate ratios. Determines and calculates production volumes.
Manages the Just in time production system (manufacturing method in short cycles and without stocks, which reduces errors and improves quality) and synchronizes it with that of suppliers.
In agreement with the purchasing and logistics departments, it determines the ideal stock volumes both in terms of materials and components and in terms of finished products, to adequately satisfy the sales schedule and customer demands.
Receive, plan and prioritize orders. Cooperates with the commercial department to adapt production to the needs of client companies and negotiates delivery times with them.
Ensures compliance with quality standards.
