Job SummaryProduction Planning Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
The role involves overseeing procurement of direct planning materials, parts, and assisting materials and production functions.ResponsibilitiesGuide order processing activities for major customer units.Advise non‐exempt associates regarding day‐to‐day priority of customer requests.Serve as advanced interface with customer for escalations of order dedication, order expedites, and problem resolution.Monitor and proactively address issues that impact performance to dedicated ship‐date time, reply time, and inventory goals.Coordinate and manage high‐visibility and/or important customer programs, including initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.Coordinate with Master Scheduler to manage product life‐cycle and related material availability issues.Drive process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.Plan, schedule, coordinate and approve product rele...
