Responsibilities
As Production Quality Manager Repair Shop (OneBirr), you will:
- Take overall responsibility for quality performance within the Repair Shop.
- Guide, support, and develop a small team of quality inspectors and engineers.
- Ensure the implementation, sustainability, and continuous improvement of Built In Quality (BIQ) principles.
- Promote a “Right First Time” approach by supporting preventive quality methods in daily operations.
- Support teams in meeting inspection plans, quality requirements and customer expectations.
