Job Overview:
- The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production teams and ensuring that fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and coating processes are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.
- This role plays a key part in executing production plans, supporting team development, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and lead a team of skilled workers, ensuring, (SQDCIP), safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory and productivity goals are achieved.
- Assign work according to production schedules and adjust labor/resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Monitor workflow and provide hands-on support to resolve bottlenecks, equipment issues, or quality concerns.
