Procurement Team Leader – Shared Services Center
This is a key leadership role within a growing Shared Services Center (SSC), focused on driving process optimization and operational excellence in procurement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the rollout and adoption of regional P2P initiatives across the Shared Services organization.
- Optimize guided buying channels, ERP catalogs, and procurement tools to enhance user experience and compliance.
- Streamline end-to-end P2P workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing automation.
- Define and track KPIs and efficiency metrics for procurement operations.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to enable standardized processes within a centralized Shared Services model.
