Responsibilities
• Provide L2/L3 support for Java-based applications in production environments. Monitor system health and performance using tools like Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, or New Relic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal customer impact. Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
Automate repetitive support tasks and improve observability. Participate in on-call rotations and incident response. Maintain and improve runbooks, dashboards, and alerting systems.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and drive continuous improvement in support processes.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Java-based application support or backend development. Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with incide...
