Job Title: Products Services Specialist – Drives (VFDs)
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and off-site technical support for (VFDs).
- Assist customers with product commissioning, troubleshooting, and application tuning.
- Conduct training and technical presentations for clients and partners.
- Gather customer feedback and coordinate with product / R&D teams for issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with VFDs
- Familiar with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, EtherCAT).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
- Willing to travel within São Paulo state and occasionally other regions.
