Position Overview
Provides experienced administrative support to the assigned department. Functions under the policies and procedures of the department and Hospital.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years secretarial experience, of which 2 years are at a senior level. General knowledge of the administrative practice and procedures. Experience with ESP staff scheduling system and experience with computerized payroll system. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
Grade 12. Completion of recognized secretarial or business office training program and/or community college program. Completion of a medical terminology course. Certification/Licensure/Registration
