Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate/advanced level (pivot tables, VLookUps, nested IF formulas, array formulas, data cleansing)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Be able to conduct multiple projects at the same time with different levels of complexity and extensions
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
