Job Description
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate/advanced level (pivot tables, VLookUps, nested IF formulas, array formulas, data cleansing)
Knowledge of SQL
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Be able to conduct multiple projects at the same time with different levels of complexity and extensions
3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
