Job Summary
The Program Manager, Enterprise Value Delivery is the single point of accountability for a complex, cross-divisional program designed to deliver a specific strategic business outcome. The role integrates and orchestrates the work of multiple enterprise project teams, owning the overall program budget, benefits case, and integrated master plan. Acting as the primary interface to the executive sponsor and steering committee, the Program Manager shapes decision‑ready narratives, drives alignment across diverse stakeholders, clears barriers to execution, and ensures delivered capabilities translate into measurable business value. The role also provides guidance and oversight to Business Analysts/Senior Business Analysts assigned to the program (as applicable), promoting consistent, high‑quality delivery and disciplined application of enterprise delivery standards.
