Job Description
The Program Manager will support the IAM Chief of Staff and global Identity and Access Management (IAM) department by driving strategic initiatives and operational programs. This role focuses on budget coordination, workforce planning, vendor management, executive reporting, and cross-departmental program execution. The position requires strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term IAM strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the IAM Chief of Staff in executing the department’s 3-year strategic roadmap.
- Lead and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives aligned with IAM strategic objectives.
