Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, invites experienced manufacturing leaders to join as Program Manufacturing Leader in Querétaro.
Responsibilities- Team Management: Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishment
- Coordinate the plant launch teams of the plants involved in the program
- Coordinate activities and tasks fulfilment of the Program Manufacturing team
- Plant Launch Team leaders (if only 1 plant, he cumulates this role)
- Pilot Plant (for ISPG)
- PC&L; (Supply Chain) Engineer
- Program Logistics: Include support functions if necessary (PSE, QSE, HSE)
- Act as the interface between the Program Core team and the plant(s)
- In agreement with the program manager, technical interface with the customer and the suppliers
- Product interface (manufacturability)
