Job Description
Your role
- Coordinate the day-to-day operational implementation of the project across ULIDE, LuxDev, University services, international research partners, humanitarian organisations and development cooperation stakeholders
- Prepare, update and follow up the Project Implementation Plan, annual work plans, timelines, deliverable schedules and internal project management tools
- Coordinate budget planning, expenditure tracking, financial forecasts, procurement follow-up, financial reporting and audit-related documentation in cooperation with ULIDE’s administrative and financial teams, LuxDev and the relevant University services
- Coordinate monitoring, evaluation and learning processes, including indicator tracking, reporting templates, learning processes and preparation for project reviews
