Position Overview
Reporting to the Sr. Project Coordinator, the Project Coordinator – Hydrovacs supports daily scheduling, dispatch, and operational tracking for all Hydrovac activities across the region. This role ensures accurate processing of field requests, maintains centralized scheduling data, and provides reliable coordination between internal crews, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Central Hydrovac Schedule Database
- Process, acknowledge, and confirm all incoming Hydrovac field requests
- Coordinate and dispatch assignments to internal Hydrovac crews and subcontractors
- Maintain and update the Hydrovac fleet list and disposal locations profile
- Track and report on schedule KPIs for weekly operations reviews
