Working closely with Project Managers and cross‑functional teams, this role contributes to the successful delivery of projects by coordinating planning activities, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and supporting communication across stakeholders. The Project Coordinator helps to uphold ClearWater's standards for safety, quality, and operational excellence, contributing to client satisfaction and project success.
What would you be doing?
- Assist in the coordination of project activities, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations. Support the Project Manager in day‑to‑day execution tasks.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
