Job Description
This role coordinates production schedules, supports supplier quality management and training, performs creative and material checks as needed, and contributes to the continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and operational processes. We are looking for someone to work closely with internal teams, studios, and suppliers, to ensure alignment with client requirements, security standards, and creative guidelines while supporting broader Global Studio Operations initiatives.
- Coordinating the Centralized Material Check initiative across the group, responsible for successfully delivering creative checks comprehensive of all relevant flags for multilingual dubbing projects
- Managing production schedules for the checks done on projects and coordinating with creative and project management parties to distribute the work and deliver within desired TAT’s
- Reviewing and correcting final material checks, relaying feedback to checkers and retraining new suppliers...
