Project & Energy Engineer MEX
Objective
The primary focus of this role is to optimize energy consumption, promoting sustainability and drive innovative solutions to reduce carbon footprint. The role will collaborate with various stakeholders, executive leadership & Plant Staff, to ensure regional operations is aligned with industry best practices and environmental & sustainability goals.
Main Responsibilities
Energy Strategy Development: Drive Energy Roadmap (including power production, sourcing of renewable energies, fuel switch, etc.) aligned with the organizations’ long-term sustainability targets and industry-leading practices. Efficiencies and conservation: Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency across all Nemak MEX plants and implement measures to optimize energy usage worldwide.
