Job Description
Your role:
This is a hybrid and evolving position, combining support to legal work, organization, and participation in the firm’s development.
You will notably:
Assist the team in the preparation, formatting and organization of documents (contracts, presentations, reports)
Support the follow-up of client files and ongoing matters
Help prepare client meetings, calls and presentations
Participate in the day-to-day organization of the firm (coordination, internal processes, documentation)
Assist in business development initiatives (presentations, pitches, articles, events)
Handle administrative and operational tasks as needed
