Job Description
- Lead and oversee all technical aspects of portfolio asset management and developments
- Prepare and execute investments budgets
- Providing required support in respect to the existing portfolio and ensuring co-ordination and monitoring of all key activities
- Coordinate internal teams, developers, general contractors, and external consultants
- Conduct and lead technical negotiations with developers, consultants and contractors
- Oversee technical Due Diligence projects
- Manage technical and development activities across Polish portfolio, including acquisition and disposal
- Ensure compliance with legal, technical, and internal standards, including ESG policies and sustainability certifications
