Position Location: Site based – Ignace, Ontario – 304 Main Street
Job Summary: The Project Manager – Construction is accountable for leading the delivery of the Centre of Expertise (CoE) Project through its construction, commissioning, and turn-over phases. The role serves as NWMO’s primary day‑to‑day project delivery lead and on‑site coordination resource, facilitating communication, issue resolution, and decision‑making between NWMO, the design vendor, the construction contractor, and other external parties. This role will proactively monitor field execution and project performance, identify potential risks or issues to maintaining project targets, help resolve issues, implement corrective actions, and provide recommendations to NWMO leadership for key decisions through established project governance processes.
