DESCRIPTION- Ensure conveyor project is implemented without affecting production
- Generating clear benefits (efficiency, safety and cost reduction).
- Follow up of the project scope and objectives such as type of conveyors will be installed (place/purpose)
- Tracking the schedule and budget plan, establishing clear phases (design, manufacturing, installation, etc.)
