Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Manage full project execution lifecycle
Schedule team resources and communicate project plans clearly
Collaborate with Technology & Innovation and business leaders to balance trade-offs and project drivers
Lead integrated cross-functional project teams
Establish accountability for deliverables and outcomes
Make timely decisions and resolve issues quickly
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
Apply lessons learned to reduce risk and improve delivery
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Pivot schedules as needed (including night work/change windows if required)
