What You’ll Do
- Establish a clear vision and long-term roadmap aligned with company goals and Peru’s financial inclusion objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and create strategies to address them – from Open Finance Pix flows to one-tap payments.
- Make data-driven decisions while balancing customer needs and business objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and launch products.
- Reduce time-to-market for merchants and banks by delivering a solid, locally-flavored product suite.
- Own the product's resilience – because in payments, downtime is not an option.
Who You Are – Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering / Computer Science preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a product role (Engineer, Lead, Product Manager, or similar).
