Job Description
360 Land Surveying is looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This is an ideal position for an LST in the final stages of obtaining a BCLS commission, a practicing BCLS, or a professional Land Surveyor from another province eligible to become BCLS.
Responsibilities
Communicating with clients, consultants, and various government authorities
Quality control of field returns, survey calculations, drawings, and final deliverables
Mentoring team members and providing advice and guidance on various practice topics
Signing and preparing plans for submission to the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC
Detailed checking of topographic surveys, legal surveys, and other deliverables
Managing projects: preparing estimates, planning, and maintaining budgets
Communicating tasks to team members and scheduling work
Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing survey projects and a team
