Job Description

Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of a construction project, including financial performance, schedule maintenance, and ensuring quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects to ensure alignment with design, budget, and schedule.
  • Monitor project performance (schedule, cost, manpower, materials, equipment, safety, quality).
  • Negotiate and issue subcontracts, purchase orders, and progress payments; monitor progress.
  • Oversee project closeout.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships with project team, subcontractors, third parties, owners, and consultants.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and adherence to policies and standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and supervise, guide, and evaluate team members.
  • Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
