Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of a construction project, including financial performance, schedule maintenance, and ensuring quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects to ensure alignment with design, budget, and schedule.
- Monitor project performance (schedule, cost, manpower, materials, equipment, safety, quality).
- Negotiate and issue subcontracts, purchase orders, and progress payments; monitor progress.
- Oversee project closeout.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships with project team, subcontractors, third parties, owners, and consultants.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and adherence to policies and standards.
- Provide technical expertise and supervise, guide, and evaluate team members.
