Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead construction maintenance projects with a strong focus on mechanical and electrical systems, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning and design through execution and closeout, ensuring safe, on-time, and budget-constrained delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end construction projects, including mechanical (HVAC, plumbing) and electrical scopes
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
