Job Description
Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Project Manager Non-IT to their team for an initial 12 months of contract with a high possibility of extension/conversion. This role is currently hybrid, 2-3 days a week in office in Toronto.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the execution of strategic sales-related projects for the Canadian Contact Centre, ensuring successful delivery on time, scope, and budget.
- Develop and manage project documentation, including business cases, project charters, schedules, budgets, and communication plans.
- Coordinate workstreams, establish clear roles through RACIs, and manage governance with senior stakeholders and steering committees.
- Collaborate with internal clients to define and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with desired outcomes.
