Salary - 120,898 BRL Annually Fully Remote Start Date - ASAP, need immediate joiners Must Haves: Enterprise PM experience: 2–4+ years managing large, high-risk IT projects (data, infrastructure, or application development) in global environments Strong, assertive PM leadership: Proactive “activist” PM who can drive projects forward, make tough decisions, and push back when needed Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe preferred), with flexibility to work across Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid environments Full lifecycle ownership: Ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent projects (often 3–4 at a time) Strong communication & stakeholder management: Confident interacting across all levels, building relationships, driving accountability, and facilitating Agile ceremonies Bilingual (English, Spanish, Portugues) Financial background Nice to Haves: Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Scrum Master, CSM/PSM, or other Agile cer...
