Job Description
Experience with Agile-based project delivery with ability to lead Agile ceremonies (Backlog Readiness, Backlog Refinement, SCRUMs, Retrospectives etc.) and team meetings to define and communicate on delivery milestones. Work with development leads and Business stakeholders to remove impediments to delivery and manage any issues and delays with effective coordinationcommunication. Facilitate with technical analysisspecifications of requirements from Business and help maintain the content in JIRAs as well write effective Confluence knowledge article for multiple teams supporting the application platforms. Ensure JIRAs logging and boards are organized to provide both granular and management level transparency.
