Kahoot! is on a mission to make learning awesome. As our Operations Manager, Solutions, you will be the glue between our School, Work, and Home business segments. This is a high-impact role designed for a structured, strategic operator who can turn complex commercial visions into reality. You will ensure that our needle-mover initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with our global strategy, and most importantly delivering massive value to our millions of users worldwide.
This role is primarily based in Oslo (we also consider applicants from Copenhagen) and will report to the Chief Solutions Officer in Oslo.
About the role
In this role, you will move between high-level strategy and granular execution, reporting directly to the CSO. Your core responsibilities include:

- Drive the Needle-Movers: Partner with the CSO and Segment Owners to identify and execute top-priority commercial product initiatives
