Velox Electro Nordics is looking for a Project Planner / Scheduler to support one of our ongoing projects. This is a key role focused on planning, coordination, and real-time progress tracking.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project schedules based on input from different disciplines
- Continuously update progress (completed, ongoing, delayed tasks)
- Collect and verify information from site teams
- Ensure the schedule reflects actual project status in real time
- Follow up with stakeholders to gather accurate data
- Support coordination between teams on site
Requirements
- Experience in planning, coordination, or project support roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive attitude – comfortable following up and asking for updates
