Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, both private and commercial, understanding needs and providing scope to meet client budgets.
- Schedule and conduct product meetings with potential customers.
- Provide detailed quotes and cost estimates in a timely manner.
- Offer day‑to‑day technical support for excavating projects.
- Supervise staff, enforce compliance with building and safety regulations, and maintain quality construction standards.
- Ensure crew and subcontractor coordination to meet schedules, budgets, forecasts and customer requirements.
- Apply superior knowledge of excavation processes from septic systems to large and small site excavations.
