Project/Program Manager - NON IT
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Project/Program Manager - NON IT for a contract position in CA (Hybrid). The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long‑term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Direct large‑scale, complex projects that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Develop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts
- Validate financial forecasts and provide on‑going reconciliation of resources and other related project expendituresBuild, lead, and coach multiple project teams throughout project lifecycles
- Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall and integrated delivery plan
