In this individual contributor role, align closely with the Director of UX and various cross-functional teams to ensure AI outputs meet healthcare's rigorous standards. You'll leverage your prompt engineering expertise to mentor others and continuously improve the validation frameworks supporting our generative AI products, such as CoeurWay and MYLE EMR.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transform monolithic prompts into modular structures
• Optimize model selection for diverse prompt tasks
• Define and maintain quality standards for clinical outputs
• Enhance evaluation frameworks based on established rubrics
