Knowledge of transit infrastructure projects and experience with property agreements will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate land access requirements with project teams
• Review documentation for land offerings
• Prepare correspondence and necessary agreements
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and landowners
• Track risks related to land access and report regularly

• Degree in related fields like real estate or civil engineering
• Familiarity with properties and access permits preferred
