The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, tenant reconciliations, Yardi software, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
Property Accountant Job Duties
- Maintain and complete monthly reporting, including the preparation of Bank and HST Reconciliations, monthly journal entries, and financial statements.
