Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of high-quality RFI, RFP, and RFQ submissions
- Mentor and coach capture team members for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer-focused solutions
- Manage proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and storyboards
- Facilitate proposal kickoff meetings and track writing tasks
