Job Description

Job Purpose  
Responding to RFPs is a critical aspect of Assurant’s business, and the proposal coordinator plays a critical role managing RFP intake, as well as response authoring, revision, completion and delivery. 
Key Objectives  
Increase win rate  by developing and executing clear, client-focused win strategies for every RFP. 
Ensure on-time, high-quality submissions  that are fully compliant and tailored to client requirements. 
Strengthen competitive differentiation  by delivering compelling, insight-led proposals that clearly articulate Assurant’s value proposition. 
Drive cross-functional accountability  by aligning stakeholders to defined roles, deadlines, and deliverables. 
Improve proposal efficiency and cycle time  through standardized processes, tools, and best practices.
