Location: Porto, Portugal | Languages: cantonese (fluent) and english.
Represent a large company, taking advantage of your Cantonese language skills! You will be working at our modern premises in Porto supporting our customers. After your paid training period, you will also have the option to work from home.
Responsibilities include to communicate with our customers and responding to their inquiries via e-mail & phone.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Inbound Customer Service by phone and/or e-mail.
• Documentation of customer concerns
• Providing price and product information
• Processing customer complaints and troubleshooting
• Maintain customer satisfaction & loyalty
Job requirements that applicants should meet:
• Good communication skills in cantonese and english (fluent)
• Good written skills
• Soft skills & politeness
• Familiarity with computers and MS Office
• Work experience in Customer Service will be considered as advantage
