With this scale comes public visibility — and the need for a senior communications professional to own how the brand speaks, responds, and is perceived.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior PR & Communications Manager owns FTL GYM’s external communications function end-to-end. You will be the company’s media strategist, crisis first-responder, and reputation guardian — the person journalists call, the person who drafts what the company says publicly, and the person leadership turns to when a situation breaks online at 11 PM.
