Overview
Pursuit Collection 86 Connaught Dr, Jasper, AB. Full-time position located in Alberta, Canada. Beginning November 2025. Relocation to the area and legal ability to work in Canada required.
Responsibilities
- Overall management of Commissary Pastry Kitchen.
- Scheduling, menu costing, and menu development.
- Training and development; lead and support team scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and responsible use of all kitchen equipment.
- Production Planning & Execution: plan monthly, weekly, and daily pastry production schedules and par levels based on order volumes from the Banff Jasper Collection (BJC) outlets; demonstrate experience with high-volume programs and scale production for new locations or seasonal lines.
- Maintain FIFO inventory practices, correct labeling, and proper dating of all items.
