Salary: $50,000–$67,500 per year

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full cycle recruitment for the high volume hiring of seasonal and full-time staff.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a large number of qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in the ATS.
- Craft compelling job postings tailored to industry-specific needs.
- Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and recruitment strategy.
- Use best practices in sourcing, engaging candidates and managing the recruitment process.
- Provide weekly reporting to hiring managers.
- Meet KPIs, SLAs and hiring targets.
- Keep the applicant tracking system up to date.
