QA LEADKey Roles & ResponsibilitiesExperience in the financial services industry: insurance (mandatory)Experience in automation testingTest strategy and planning, including recommendation of staffing plans and estimation of costsProvide strategic QA guidance and lead testing for transformational initiatives and/or application portfoliosRemove impediments faced by project team members, utilizing agile methodology tools where applicable (e.G., scrum of scrum, retrospectives, etc.)Test management, communication, metrics, and status reporting, including identification of risks and escalation of issues to the project team or ZNA retained IT test lead / project managersObtain approval from for all deliverables as per the defined acceptance criteriaPrepare test summary reports for each software release targeted for productionCoordinate work with onshore teamCoordinate testing updates with ZNA retained IT Test Leads, Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Test Analyst(s) as needed to ensure al...
