About the Role The QC Franchise Business Technician (QC FBT) coordinates regulatory and quality compliance activities at bakeries, monitors QC activities, communicates quality-related issues to operations supervisors, reports issues, and supports bakery research and development work with consultants on new product innovation. Reports to Sr. QC Regional Manager. Location: Fort Lee, NJ. Employment type: Full Time Employee. Travel up to 75% required. Requirements Responsibilities Education on in-store manual products and new products. Store hygiene and frozen dough management education. Education on the use and maintenance of KITCHEN equipment.
