Qc Supervisor - Pvc Pipe Extrusion (Tijuana)

Minimum B2 English proficiency, C1 preferred.

• Supervise the QC team and ensure proper testing and inspection of PVC pipes.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze data and generate reports on product quality and defects.
• Collaborate with the production team to address any quality issues and improve processes.
• Train and mentor QC staff to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.

• Must have experience in PVC extrusion.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and industry standards.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred).
