Ensure quality standards in OTTO robots with Rockwell Automation as a Quality Analyst. You will inspect components, troubleshoot defects, and document quality issues in office.
In this critical role, you will uphold rigorous quality checks for mechanical and electrical assemblies. Collaborating closely with manufacturing and engineering teams, your ability to analyze and resolve quality issues will directly impact our cutting‑edge robotics projects. This position reports to the Quality Manager and is vital for maintaining our productivity and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect made-to-spec parts and assemblies
- Test and troubleshoot electrical harnesses and PCBAs
- Validate quality of in-process and finished products
- Create Non-Conformance Reports for documented issues
- Complete necessary process and traceability documentation
